Embarking on a renovation project is an exciting journey. At STUDIO42, I handle the necessary Building Consent before starting and secure the Code Compliance Certificate (CCC) upon completion on your behalf. I ensure your renovation is fully approved by the Council and meets all current Building Regulations.
